How it works

To receive medication delivery, contact your preferred Hennepin Healthcare pharmacy (pharmacies and phone number listed above) and let pharmacy staff know you are interested in mail order services. Pharmacy staff will coordinate ALL prescriptions needed, to avoid multiple shipments and potential delays. When all medications have been filled by the pharmacy, Pharmacy Mail Order Services will contact patients to coordinate delivery. It’s that easy!

Please note:

  • Mail Order Services uses the United States Postal Service for most mail service, and patients will need to have a home supply to be eligible for mail service.
  • This is NOT an auto-enroll process. Patients will need to request this service on a monthly/90 day basis if they would like to continue receiving mail order.
  • There is no delivery fee at this time. However, this may be subject to change.

Medication Therapy Management

At Hennepin Healthcare, we offer a service provided by qualified pharmacists to help you better understand your medications and reach your health goals. Through this service, you will meet privately with the pharmacist in a clinic setting (not at the pharmacy). Our Medication Therapy Management (MTM) providers will review all of your medications with you.  We will work closely with your doctors and other health care providers to make sure your medicines are safe, effective, and providing the best results.
